How Many Points In Ham?

A medium slice of honey-roasted ham has one point, according to Weight Watchers. Medium slices are about 35g and that’s what you’d buy prepackaged at the store to put in your sandwich. 1 point is also awarded for a piece of canned ham. Wafer-thin hams, such as Parma hams, have fewer points. A slice of Parma ham or 30 g of wafer-thin ham can be had for 1/2 point.

In WW, how many points does a baked potato have

This is a big hit with my kids! Sarah recommended a potato bar for dinner in May, so I decided to give it a try and see how it turned out in our house. The idea behind the potato bar is to have all the toppings for your baked potato on the table for your family to choose from. Place the cooked potatoes in front of each individual and let them pile as much or as little of each item as they want on their potatoes.

Our kids love making their potato creations. This one is a hit with even our pickiest eater. She turned it into an art project by smearing it with a little bit of everything, but she only ate a little of hers, so I had to eat it! So, yeah, yeah, yeah, y Potato as a bonus for me! These two crazy kids devoured theirs. Preston asked me to repeat the experience, and I was sure I would. Sarah, thanks for the advice!

For those tracking, one medium baked potato equals 4 Weight Watchers Plus points. The good thing about baked potatoes is that you can add whatever you want on top. You can put 1/2 cup of salsa on top and it will still only be 4 WW P+, or you can add sour cream, scallions, grated cheese, and turkey on top and it will still only be 7 WW P+!

So the question is, “WHAT DO YOU PUT IN YOUR BREAK POTATOES?

Here are some of the toppings we have in our Bake Potato Bar, along with a WW P+ for each.

Another option I wish I had thought of before is buying or making chili, which my husband and I enjoy with our baked potatoes. I’ll try to remember it next time.
