Step One: Prepare the Instant Pot

  • Place the trivet in the inner pot of the pressure cooker.
  • 1 cup of water should be added. For an 8 liter Instant Pot, use 1.5 cups.
  • Place a foil sling on the trivet to help remove the ham once it’s done cooking.
