  • Once the bacon is soft enough to separate, we recommend placing individual slices on a parchment-lined baking sheet and baking until crisp (usually 15 minutes or less).

To make it easier, set a timer. Check the bacon; if it feels fine and tender without being stiff, the defrosting process is complete.
