I grew up eating honey-baked ham over the holidays, like many of you.
Frustratingly, while ham and turkey are gluten-free, the glazes used on both contain gluten, which can be dangerous for anyone following a gluten-free diet.
Honeybaked changed its glaze in 2008 to remove gluten and soy to make the ham/turkey gluten-free, but not every place offers a gluten-free version.

Do you offer gluten-free maple leaf prosciutto
Maple Leaf has launched a brand new meat line! Natural Selections is named because the entire range is free of preservatives, artificial additives and fillers.
They are also gluten free as far as I know. (I’ve tried salami with no issues.) Officially confirmed and I’m awaiting a response from Maple Leaf. ) The following are the main ingredients:

What is the difference between prosciutto and smoked ham
Cured and bacon are similar in some ways but different in others; let’s take a closer look at both.
While both processes have advantages (and flavor) to the meat, the quality of cured versus smoked meat is quite different.
For a year now, I’ve been interested in dry cured meats, such as braesola or pancetta, that I make in my DIY marinade.
I also cold smoke some of these meats, along with other things like veggies, cream, cheese, and mushrooms!
On the other hand, I like to smoke brisket, ribs and pork in a low and slow indirect way.
What is the difference between cured meat and bacon? Corned beef is primarily preserved through the use of salt, which inhibits the growth of bacteria by providing an uncomfortable environment for them. Bacon can be low-cooked or cured and then cold-smoked to dry; cold smoking is not the same as cooking.
Of course, these have their own set of results, and BBQ smoking is much easier than dry curing or cold smoking.
